The Natural Classic mattress is an orthopedic and anatomical mattress with beneficial properties and is considered one of the most complete sleep solutions available. Its traditional construction quality, using premium-grade cotton, is a standard that our company proudly continues to preserve.

The core of the mattress consists of Bonnel springs, reinforced by a peripheral steel frame. The springs, made with 2.4 mm high-density steel wire and manufactured in-house, provide exceptional durability and long-lasting performance. This dynamic spring system gives the mattress a firm orthopedic feel and significantly extends its lifespan. Above the steel frame, an elastic protective mesh is placed to shield the internal layers from wear caused by friction with the steel structure.

Next, a special high-resilience foam layer is added, further enhancing the orthopedic properties of the mattress. This construction supports the spine correctly, helping it remain in proper alignment through balanced and stable support. A cotton wadding layer is then applied, followed by a layer of premium organic cotton. The mattress is completed with 100% cotton fabric. The two cotton layers and the cotton fabric are quilted and unified using specialized machinery, creating a fully breathable, eco-friendly mattress that allows air circulation on all surfaces.

The combination of these carefully selected materials, together with our many years of expertise in mattress manufacturing, results in the Natural Classic—an orthopedic mattress that is ecological, hypoallergenic, and made exclusively from pure, natural materials, without any chemical or dye treatments. Care Instructions

To preserve the mattress’s quality and properties for many years, proper maintenance is essential. The mattress should be rotated every three months, ensuring that all four sides—both horizontally and vertically—are used within one year. It should also be aired and exposed to sunlight at least once a year. Beating the mattress is optional, but it is recommended.
